This 90 Day Month of Coordination Package Includes the following:
Our services beginning 90 days prior to the event date.
In Person Meetings:
1 In person meeting at the beginning of our coordination services so we can go over all the details and the initial wedding timeline.
1 Venue Walkthrough Meeting with Clients and Venue Management to go over ceremony/cocktail hour/ reception layout and decor. ( This is normally 27-33 days prior to the wedding.)
Access to our Vendor Recommendation List upon Agreement completion.
Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missing but are essential to running smoothly.
Unlimited contact via email/ text beginning at the 90th day mark. All telephone calls and meetings will need to be prescheduled.
Timeline Creation and Wedding day “Game Plan” distributed to all vendors– We keep everyone in Check.
Vendor Management-we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors by confirming their arrival times, getting insurance info, meal counts, confirming services booked, and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.
Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact on the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns!
Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up.
Set up and Break down of our decor and your personal decor.
Remind the Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when its time to give their speeches.
Placement of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (seating cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)
Distribute gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!
Retain the marriage license for the officiant / Give the Best Man the rings for the ceremony.
Arrange for ALL your personal decor to be packed up and given to a designated family member or room.
Day of Coordination:
You will have one lead Coordinator on your wedding day for 12 hours, and 2 additional hours for your rehearsal.
For weddings of 51 guests of more, you will also have a second Coordiantor on premises for 7-11 hours of the wedding day.
